So, I just finished reading this book tonight, and I honestly cried for about an hour. I love xinfinty these books! The author doesn't fail! It's a great read, for a great price, and the writing and characters are amazing! Growing, improving, not disappointing in any way at all. It is unlike most books, where some aspects are completely tell-tell, and underdeveloped. The plots in here keep taking a turn for the unexpected, and keep you on the edge with never a dull moment! I can't wait until January when I can preorder the 4th!
Wow, bu that boy is awesome. I am loving him. Then Eric is all getting in the middle of the loveliest trying to inject a little spite and hate. Wow he make an mean evil foe. I certainly wouldn't want to cross him. Yikes. This story is just getting better and better and more intense. I am heading off to the next book in the series.
Wow, this series just keeps getting better and better. I couldn't put this book down. Loved It!! Not sure how I feel about how some of this is playing out, but I can't wait for the next book!! These books are very well written and I have connected well with the characters. HM Ward is an excellent writer and the 2 month wait for the next book is going to be killer!!
This series has grown to be one of my favorites and H.M. Ward does not disappoint with Torn. The ending left me heart broken and craving to know what will happen next. Characters have went in directions I never imagined they would. I am looking forward to see what happens next and January can't come fast enough! I still hope for a happy ending for the characters that I have become attached to! Well done!

I am still enjoying this series. I think this was the best book so far. There is some recapping but not too much. I think Ivy is doing better than expected. It has only been a matter of months since she joined the supernatural world and she is only a 17 year old girl dealing with angels demons and maybe even satan himself with not much help from anyone. And not knowing who she can really trust. Buying book four now.
I've always wondered what that word really means. And now I know! It means that H.M. Ward is really finding her style. This book was by far the BEST in the Demon Kissed Series. By the last "page" (if I read it on the there are no actual pages, just "locations" lol) I really felt the way the title indicated I should - TORN. Between Collin and Eric, between Martis and Valefar; over the loss of a wise character we all love, over the secrets kept. The title and cover are perfect for the book - and even though they say you should never judge a book by its cover, I think this time I can really say that the cover says it all. When you finish this you'll be torn, too . . . . . and begging for more!
I love these stories - they are exciting, well paced, and the characters are well defined. That's why it makes me so sad that they are also filled with typos and spelling errors. There are even some places where the point of view is faulty, where one character "realizes" something about another character that they'd have to be a mind reader to know. It's as if these stories haven't been touched by an editor or proofreader.
