I came across author Adam Serafan’s novel titled “CCCCC” this past week while surfing for some intelligent and though provoking reads…in the FREE section, lol. The cover art was really eye catching for me but I think it was the name itself that made me stop, mid-scroll. CCCCCC? Whaa? OK…you got me, now I have to know more!

And what I got was an amazing story told from the bright young mind of Mr. Serafan himself. As a believer in what we have come to know as conspiracies, I took a liking to this incredible book and its ideas right away; and absolutely could not put it down!

Clocking in at over 400 pages in length, the story never really gets dull at all. The characters are well thought out and very believable. Except for the foreign names that I can never pronounce in my head, the overall writing was spot on and completely legit.

The author, Adam Serafan, has an extremely bright future if he keeps going at this pace. I look forward to checking out more of his works in the very near future.

This book makes you wonder, "what is going on in the world". I would recommend this book to all the fans of conspiracy theories.
very informative, a lovely read.
John, Duke, Wayne Johnson Vrakuvic is a journalist during the 90's Yugoslav Wars. When Duke is sent to Belgrade to cover the politcal portion of the conflicts, he falls in love with a woman named Jelena. Soon after, he is told that if he doesn't send an interesting story back to the States he will be pulled from the assignment.
So, Duke begins to say that the Serbs are the ones stirring up conflict and sends home video of soldiers that he claims are Serbs to prove it upsetting Jelena who leaves him.
When Duke realizes the commotion that he's caused he tries to get out the truth and win back the heart of the woman that he loves.
This novel was very engaging, the characters felt very real from the start with complete backstories and motivations. I loved reading this book and if you're a fan of thrillers with a side of romance, check this one out for sure.
This novel isn't something I would normally pick up, but sometimes you just get the urge to break out of your typically genres and get into something a little different. I'm very glad I came across this novel. Conspiracy theories are such an interesting concept and this novel does not disappoint. As a reader, you are sucked into the world of Duke Johnson, a journalist that has been sent on assignment to Belgrade. There are so many wonderful twists and turns in this novel that it was nearly impossible for me to put it down (my laundry is SO backed up right now because of this. Thanks, Mr. Serafan!). If you're like me, once you've finished reading this, you'll start to question everything around you. I think this novel opened a whole new world of book genres I'd like to get into. Definitely recommend giving this one a go. You won't be sorry!
I always liked conspiracy theories and this book doesn't dissapoint. Characters are very well developed, with believable ethnical last names. Duke Johnson is the main chracter, a journalist send to Beglgrade during 90s. He's trying to figure out who are the good guys and who are the bad guys in Balkan wars. I will definitely check other books by this author.
Intensely suspense with a blend of truth and reality. While reading this book , I started questioning the media and how the reality actually is. Propagandas throughout the world makes us victims of falsehood. This book clearly demonstrates the reality that lies behind all those falsehood.
Breathtaking, finger biting, and phenomenal.
Fascinating book! In light of current affairs geopolitically, this book makes readers stop and question what is happening in the world and why these things are happening. "Complicity" is informative in a captivating way that made me not want to put the book down. I spent several nights awake until 2 a.m. so I could read with interruption and because the book just draws me in and is 'un-put-downable'

I am stoked for the next book in the series to come out!
This was the first book that I've read by Adam Serafan and I'm quite impressed with the author's ability to beautifully describe the setting, the characters and the plot. Although thrillers are not my genre, but this book kept me gripped till the end, making me wonder what will happen next. The suspense was at the right moments and it had me guessing what I was going to encounter when I'll turn the next page. An amazing, captivating story wound by a very talented author, I would recommend it to everyone who enjoys a good thriller.
